What payment methods are supported?
We support credit card, SEPA direct debit, and PayPal through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in the EU — our server hosting runs exclusively in Frankfurt, Germany (Vercel + Neon). No US data transfer.
What is Family mode?
Family mode allows up to 4 people to manage finances together. The feature is actively being developed.
What does the Lifetime plan include?
The Lifetime plan gives you one-time permanent access to all Pro features — including all future updates, early access to new features, and the Emergency PDF / inheritance mode. No monthly costs.
How can I use Monetary Mind for free?
The free plan is permanently available — no credit card, no expiry date. Just sign up and get started right away. For unlimited accounts and all premium features, there is the Pro or Lifetime plan.
Which banks are supported for FinTS import?
Monetary Mind supports all German, Austrian, and Swiss banks with FinTS or PSD2 interfaces. That's several thousand banks across the DACH region.
Why not subscription-only?
We believe good finance software shouldn't be a financial burden itself. The Pro plan is intentionally affordable. The Lifetime plan is for anyone who doesn't want monthly costs: pay once, use forever — a mindful approach to money that fits Monetary Mind's spirit.
